Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us within this period in writing, by e-mail, or through our website.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent back to us within 14 days following the withdrawal notification. If the return conditions are met, the product price will be refunded to the consumer within the legally prescribed period.

Return Conditions

To ensure that returned automotive accessories remain suitable for resale, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and must not have been fitted to any vehicle.
• The product must be returned in its original disassembled condition and be suitable for resale.
• The product must not show any scratches, dents, deformation, installation marks, tool marks, screw tightening marks, cuts, drilled holes, or any other signs of use.
• All components, mounting hardware, screws, brackets, rubber parts, user manual, and any accessories supplied with the product must be returned complete.
• The original product box, packaging, and protective materials must be undamaged, untorn, and suitable for reuse. Shipping labels or adhesive tape must not be applied directly to the original product packaging.
• The invoice or order information must be included with the return shipment.

Products that do not meet the above conditions or that have lost their resale value may not be accepted for return. Any depreciation in value may be charged to the consumer in accordance with applicable legislation.

Shipping and Return Process

• After your return request has been submitted, the necessary return instructions will be provided.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by our company in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect product delivery, or warranty claims.
• For returns made under the right of withdrawal (except where the product is incompatible with the vehicle), the shipping cost for returning the product to us shall be borne by the customer.
• Any deformation or damage resulting from installation carried out without first confirming vehicle compatibility may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been installed on a vehicle or show installation marks resulting from a fitting attempt.
• Products that are scratched, bent, dented, damaged, or otherwise deformed.
• Products that have been cut, drilled, modified, or altered from their original condition.
• Products returned with missing parts, mounting hardware, or packaging.
• Products whose original packaging is severely damaged or unsuitable for resale.
• Products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Undeliverable Products

If the ordered product cannot be supplied for any reason, the consumer will be informed within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation. Any payment received will be refunded within 14 days using the legally accepted payment method.

Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, Turtle branded products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or use contrary to the installation instructions.
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, overloading, or misuse.
• Modifications made to the product, including cutting, drilling, or welding.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration resulting from regular use.

If any transport-related damage to the packaging or product is identified upon delivery, a damage report must be prepared in the presence of the carrier, and the matter must be reported to us without delay.
