Orders placed through www.turtlecancarry.com will be handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 12 business days after payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched within an average of 3–5 business days. Public holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery times begin once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and may vary depending on the destination country, region, and the selected shipping service.

If a product is out of stock or requires an extended procurement period, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout via our contracted shipping partners.

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the package in the presence of the carrier. If any damage or missing items are identified, a damage report should be prepared with the carrier before accepting the shipment, and the issue should be reported to us without delay.

Shipping Costs

Change of Delivery Address

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence, incorrect or incomplete address information, or refusal of delivery, it will be handled in accordance with the carrier's procedures and may be returned to us. Any additional shipping or re-delivery costs incurred in such cases may be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping and Customs

International shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country.

All customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, local taxes, and any other charges associated with customs procedures are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Turtle Can Carry is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance procedures.

Force Majeure

Turtle Can Carry shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, strikes, transportation or logistics disruptions, customs procedures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
