1. Parties

These Terms of Sale ("Agreement") are entered into electronically between Turtle Can Carry ("SELLER") and the natural or legal person ("BUYER") who places an order through www.turtlecancarry.com

By placing an order through the Website, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

2. Subject

The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations before initiating legal proceedings.

If no amicable resolution can be reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts or authorities in accordance with the applicable laws.

15. Entry into Force

By completing the order and successfully processing the payment, the BUYER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force upon electronic confirmation of the order.
