Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Turtle Can Carry and the internet user ("MEMBER") who registers on www.turtlecancarry.com, under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for benefiting from the services offered by Turtle Can Carry and to define the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Requirements

• Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
• The membership application is completed by filling out the registration form available on Turtle Can Carry in full and accepting this Agreement electronically.
• Turtle Can Carry reserves the right to reject any membership application at its sole discretion.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

MEMBER:

• Is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password.
• Shall not use the WEBSITE in any manner that is contrary to applicable laws, public morals, or its intended purpose.

WEBSITE:

• Reserves the right to modify the services, content, and pricing offered to members without prior notice.
• Shall not be held liable for any interruption of services caused by technical failures within the system.

Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data provided by the MEMBER during the registration process shall be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation.

The policies regarding the collection, use, storage, and deletion of personal data are set forth in the WEBSITE's Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and other content available on Turtle Can Carry are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. The MEMBER may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Termination

• The MEMBER may cancel their membership at any time.
• The WEBSITE reserves the right to terminate the MEMBER's account unilaterally if the MEMBER violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices located at the parties' respective places of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Entry into Force

By checking the box stating "I have read and agree to the Membership Agreement" during the registration process on Turtle Can Carry, the MEMBER shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
